How do I use your website.
Our website should be very easy to use. We have tried to make the layout as simple as possible to navigate through, by dividing our range of products into categories and sub-categories. You can either view our products by clicking the category links along the top bar, or by clicking the pictorial links through-out our website. You can even search our website by using the search facility.
Do You Ship Worldwide?
Yes, we sell world-wide so have a wide customer base. We will ship to anywhere in the world using the Royal Mail's postal delivery service. For UK customers we post Royal Mail First Class (free of charge) and for overseas customers we use the Royal Mail Airmail Service. We aim to dispatch all orders within the next working day of receiving cleared funds where possible.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on most of our items, but where ordered goods are personalised we cannot accept returns on these.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Cheque, Credit Card/Debit Card (by telephone) and BACs.
Is it safe to pay on-line using your website?
Yes it is safe to use and to make a secure payment using our website. The payment gateways we use are safe and you'll notice that we use a secure checkout with 128bit SSL. These payment gateways use the same or similar security measures as ourselves.
